Cancellation Policy

At Luvah the Handyman®, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected circumstances can arise. To accommodate this, we have developed a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth service experience:

1. Cancellation Notice Period

More than 48 Hours Before Service: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, there will be no cancellation fee.24 to 48 Hours Before Service: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost will be charged.Less than 24 Hours Before Service: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the estimated service cost.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your service appointment once without incurring any additional fees, provided that the rescheduling request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the estimated service cost.

3. No-Show Policy

In the event that a customer is not present at the time of the scheduled service and has not provided prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling, this will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged 100% of the estimated service cost.

4. Extreme Circumstances

We understand that extreme circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, emergencies, or sudden illness, can prevent you from adhering to your scheduled appointment. Under these circumstances, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived or reduced at the discretion of Luvah the Handyman®, based on the individual situation.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us directly through our website, by email, or by phone. Provide your booking reference number and details regarding the cancellation or rescheduling request.

6. Refunds

Any fees charged for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

Luvah the Handyman® reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
