Terms Of Service

1. Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Luvah the Handyman®, a premier handyman service operating in Atlanta, Georgia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our services. The provision of our handyman services through various means, including but not limited to our website, mobile application, and direct engagements, are collectively referred to herein as the "Services."


2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.


3. Services Offered We provide a broad range of handyman services including, but not limited to, residential and commercial moving, furniture assembly, fixture installation, TV mounting, landscaping and design, painting services, smart home and security installation, home repairs, and cleaning services. Services not listed may also be available upon request.


4. User Requirements You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Independent Contractors Our handymen are independent contractors and not employees, partners, agents, or affiliates of Luvah the Handyman®. We act solely as a facilitator to connect you with our handymen, and we do not supervise, direct, control, or monitor their work in any manner.


6. Payment and Billing Payment for all Services must be made through our approved payment platform. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.


7. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of the scheduled service rate.

8. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we collect from you and is incorporated herein by reference.


9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.


10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with us shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, unless you opt-out in accordance with the arbitration agreement procedures. By agreeing to these Terms, you are waiving your right to sue in court and to have a jury trial.


11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

13.
